Returns

• We accept returns within 14 days of the delivery date.
• Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging.
• To initiate a return, please contact us at barefootbeachshop@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.
• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

• Final sale items
• Personalized or custom-made products

Refunds

• Once we receive your return, we’ll inspect the item and notify you of the status.
• If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
• Shipping charges are non-refundable.

Exchanges

• We do not offer direct exchanges. Please return the item and place a new order for the item you want.

Damaged or Defective Items

• If your item arrives damaged or you received the wrong product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Include a photo of the item and your order number.
